We have been working with local government for many years now, originally we started working with EFDC in Epping back around 8 years ago when they were using our mobile app Scentias to track and maintain jobs for their Building Control department when they were on the move. The App was re-branded for EFDC and was interlinked with their backend system which allowed their staff to download documents, complete these, add images, all offline and then when they were in reception, this would upload automatically.
As we already had a long standing relationship with EFDC, they came to us about re-designing the new EFDC website. It was a big job as it was about simplifying the usability of the site and also condense a lot of the information in the site into new sections. A range of designs were done and a budget agreed and then the work commenced.
We worked closely with several departments within Epping Forest District Council to design the site and then it went live.
The council were very happy with the work and we are currently working on 3 new sites for them.
